I went there, ordered the set meal for 1, upgraded the egg fried rice to special fried rice (small surcharge), and I can sum the meal up in 2 words,,,,

We were visiting the area and recommended to try Bamboo Garden, we chose a set meal E which included ?Crispy? Chilli Beef, what a misnomer , it came in a sauce which made it a very ?Soggy? Chilli Beef where even the Chilli was only just detectable, we phoned to advise them of this, but the female who answered the phone did not take the criticism at all well, such a shame.

Absolutely beautiful food. I have been coming here for 20 years and it never disappoints. But I am gutted that they no longer open as a restaurant, please bring the restaurant back!

The best quality Chinese takeaway I had for years. My wife Lisa and I had on Friday a small takeout and I ordered two days later again. Loved the special fried rice, black bean beef (fantastic beef quality) and duck. It?s not greasy, lots of flavour and still simple. Thank you

Bamboo Garden continues to be a great Take Away. Their Singapore Noodles and their mixed-Meat Special Curry are two of our favourites as well as Duck with Ginger and Spring Onion. Prices continue to be value-for-money, and the Staff are super friendly. Long may you continue.

Surprisingly good take away. Was able to order with no fuss with a couple of changes I needed ( like fried rice no egg) which other chinese places see as an issue- not here. Great curry sauce and tofu. Yes a tad pricey but good quality

Bland and tasteless.Very expensive for the quality you receive.Chilli beef was soggy and the sauce was just dreadful and wateryBeef with green pepper and black bean sauce was one of the worst I have had.Will drive into Nottingham to get a Chinese from now on.Was cooked on time.I really don't like leaving bad reviews but it was that bad it made spring water look like a decent alternative.

Great food but can?t cater for vegetarian , always find meat (chicken?) in the plain chow mein, horrifying for a vegetarian.
