Shocking jacket potato, shocking service and shocking aftercare ,returned my jacket potato to be told the manager ( Ben ) had gone home so nothing could be done !!!! If the shop is open then full service is required , told id need to return the next day to get this resolved

Walked in at 10:15 waited a while then the guy comes out and says sorry I?m closed while I put deliveries away, it?s a quiet shop he could have easily sorted our food and finished but not just, ? I?m closed while I put delivery away? ?

By far, the worst Subway I've ever used. The bread is stale, clearly using old stock. And the wait for this poor food was way too long. I could honestly make a better sandwich at home. Also, I didn't realise they put garlic mayo on my meatball sub. Why did they put garlic mayo on? Who knows. I'll never go back here again.

Ordered food deliveroo it said it had been delivered and then never turned up. Phone the garage and they told me subway was closed and that there was no one there to speak to! Ridiculous!

Absolutely disgusting attitude in this place!A blonde male showed me no respect and awful customer service - as if he doesn?t want to be there. His attitude when asking me what i wanted was atrocious, making me not want to spend any money at this place. He was also just stood there minding his business on his phone and not even acknowledging a customer came in. Will not be going here again! Think you might need to train your staff a little bit more? LoooooooL!
