On my first visit I dealt with the two lovely ladies and they were both really good with me explaining my contract in detail. Today I went back to pick up my device and dealt with one of the same ladies. Thank you both for making it all so easy it was a pleasure dealing with it all. They a both a credit to the store.

I accidentally dropped my phone just before I wanted to take it for a battery replacement, and these people told me they are not gonna replace my battery cause phone is damaged. So now probably I can't even get my warranty to work cause they simply refuse it. Also Broadband is poor and disconnecting every couple of days. Avoid

Went to see about an upgrade wanted £500 to settle my mobile phone plan.Not once did she mention about my air time was abled to be upgraded.Never gave a dam when my fold mobile screen brokeWant me to pay £495 /to fix it.I have paid 13 months for a mobile not worth £100 .You sell way to experience deals.Yet went to another Vodafone dealer and came away with better upgraded air time plan and 2 brandnew mobiles.Hapoy to say i never have to enter your shop again.Oh and to the manager its insulting to smirk
