Our bed arrived three weeks after delivery was promised, the bed was of poor quality with the finish flaking off. Bed Chambers offered to replace the frame, however we decided that we would return it due to our concerns over the quality of the product. Bed chambers charged us 20% of the price of the bed frame to return the faulty item, which we were disappointed with as this was no fault of our own. We like to support local businesses wherever possible as we value our high street, however based on this experience we will not be returning to bed chambers in the future. Local shop owners question why people buy from internet retailers ....... consumer right & protection is the reason.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Not "pushy" re selling. The goods were delivered at specified time. I shall definately buy from Bed Chambers again.
