Really helpful staff and always super nice and polite. Have a great range of items in store and seem well priced - always have a lot of multi-buy offers on. Great products too - a lot of own brand are cruelty free and vegan which I love.

Terrible customer service,, I stood at the pharmacy counter for 10 mins,,,, staff were behind the upper counter talking,one staff member looked at me then carried on talking, I was the only customer there,, will not be using superdrug again, very rude staff,, I did report it to another member of staff that was on the shop... read full comment
