There was a middle aged women working there and was extremely rude to me and my friends not letting me bring a drink in wich I bought from the shop even though they sell the same drink my friend went to get a coke from the machine it was mostly water could barely see the coke and I bought a jacket potato for 6 pound and got hardly and beans and cheese at all from the rude worker

i came in she rudely asked if we was buying anything then told us we wasn?t allowed to drink our own drinks and the lady was super rude and we ordered a jacket potato for £6 and it was disgusting

Not happy with our food, had to return to the shop as they didn?t answer the phone. Delivery was delayed. Very unhelpful staff who appeared to enjoy being argumentative. Worst sub way I have been to. Lots of training required for staff.

Visited yesterday and the three staff members that was on was very nice and welcoming and was serving quickly. Food was perfect and no waiting to be served will be recommending to other people
Dietary restrictions: Told them I had allergies and they we're very accommodating

Not sure what the servers name was but it was about 4:30pm yesterday when i went in. The server was so lovely and friendly, really made my day and the sandwich was good too

Olives have been in my sandwich two times I have ordered from here which I am highly allergic to. Today we have gave them one last chance after complaining and sending food back. Today we found a clump of hair in my partners sandwich. And mine was stone cold and not even what I ordered. We called and complained yet again and sent the food back to not even get an apology but rude behaviour. Bad service, bad food and bad and rude workers

They called to say they didn't have certain sandwich ingredients. Delivery delayed and then one sandwich had wrong ingredients in it. Overall a bit poor .

Absolutely amazing staff! Worked there for a weeks work experience and loved it! The food is fresh and super tasty!! and the manager, Abdul, is a funny guy, easy to have a laugh with and just to speak too in general, also Emily, if you ever see her, say hi! You'll know when you see her, glasses, small, funny, emotionally unstable ?, very good overall ?, and Vicky, very helpful, she'll very dedicated in working ? ?
