Had a hearing test at Retford last week and was promised report same day ; got 1 page of report and had to chase for second page which arrived a week later . Noticed on the report there was a part of the test classed as abnormal but at neither the consultation last week or a call with them yesterday did they mention this .
Tried calling this morning , 4 times , to discuss but was cut off each time after being told by recorded message that i was caller number one .
Tried again but ended up at call centre and was told no one available and now waiting for a return call .
Other thing to mention , would suggest when conducting hearing tests on clients , try somewhere a bit quieter as external noise in shop was interfering with ability to pick up noises through headphones , so could have corrupted the test .
