A laptop was delivered at my doorstep by a guy without manners at all. When I opened the torn pack boom ? laptop had signs it had been dropped on a hard surface. LCD damaged and the guy had already varnished

Had parcel delivered while at work and card left saying to collect next day as it needs signing for. Went to collect it , place closes at 2.00pm. As I work myself till 2.00pm I can't collect anything anymore. Had to arrange for redelivery but dont know what time it will be delivered. If its delivered while I'm at work again will have to arrange yet another redelivery , god knows when I will get it. Would be better if they had at least one day when they were open later

As depots go it's ok. Parking is not great, as it's shared with the cafe opposite and there's only about 5 spaces

Poor Service and poor manners. The website states it's open from 8:00 am. I visited at 9:00 am to collect a parcel I need, as I have an engineer coming tomorrow to fit my item, only to be told I need to go between the hours of 7 - 9 am. Even after I explained this to the lady she said there was nothing she could do. Ridiculous.

so disappointed to find out that a parcel I needed for my business was not only not delivered, but the driver informed Vistaprint that I requested for it to be held at the depot. what a lie?? Unfortunately they were closed at the time I found out I was not to receive the parcel. Unfortunately, the few unreliable post delivery drivers are giving a bad name to the rest of the workforce at Royal Mail thereby bringing the brand into disrepute.

ONLY DISCOVERED ONLINE THEY CLAIM TO HAVE ATTEMPTED DELIVERY, TOTAL LIE NO DELIVERY ATTEMPTED NO CARD AND BEFORE YOU CLAIM THEY DID I INVITE YOU TO SHOW ME ON MY 24/7 DATE TAGGED CCTV THE DRIVER ATTEMPTING DELIVERY AND LEAVING A CARD. 1 star because it doesn't allow a minus rating

A week to redeliver my parcel - ridiculous. Not only did I have to pay £11.47 for the privilege of using Royal Mail, you then decide to change my address on the card and so my parcel was not redelivered on the day specified but then when I rang complaints department I was told my actual address does not exist - how then did you know where to post the card demanding £11.47?!! Totally unhappy - paid the fee on 6/5/16 and not getting my goods until 12/5/16. I find this unacceptable that you changed the address on the card and now I can't have my goods for another two days
