The team at Hays have helped us plan a number of holidays, which had a large number of travellers, and their attention to detail has meant that the holidays have all gone as we hoped. With a recent holiday, we were concerned about plane seats and the staff member sorted it out then followed it up to ensure all went well.

The staff at your Retford Branch were fantastic who had not booked with them lost her husband who we go away with wanted to still travel as it was not till September 21 TUI were no help at all she left the shop in tears.Samantha at Retford sorted every thing for her as I said a credit to herself and your company
