I called in to store as I have got a faulty 4G router, the technical department on the phone told me to go in and they would see if it worked in the stores area. There were 3 members of staff all sat down and it felt like a I was an inconvenience to them. Would not recommend going to this store might as well be shut down with how helpful and friendly the staff are.

Booked in for a repair to be told they don't repair in store. EE website states that Android phones are available to utilise whilst phone is being repaired. The store had one phone that was broken, tried to fob me off with a £150 deposit for a apple phone, waste of time and energy and only excuse was that I could spend another hour travelling to a larger store. Don't waste your time going here, go to a bigger store and save the time and energy.

Tried to phone EE and got hung up on after waiting on hold 20 mins twice, so decided to go in store. Spent 45 minutes waiting just to be told I couldn?t do what I needed in store and I should phone up. Spent the first 30 mins with no acknowledgement from the two staff whatsoever, understandable if they?d been serving the entire time, but one member of staff was without a customer for 10 minutes and still blatantly ignored all of the customers waiting. If he?d taken the time to quickly ask what we needed he could?ve saved a lot of time and frustration!

Shop ok. Was told to nip down to shop so that my phone could be set up as I'd bought a new one and was worried about losing stuff. Made the effort to visit, a hour out of the day and parking. Was told I' need both phones, which I had, and then was told I'm better off sorting it at home and it's easy and all I had to do was this and that, etc. which was wrong and I got into a right mess. I won't rely on the shop again.
