Cancelled my online order by saying there was some issue with my payment, contacted the bank they said payment went through fine there was no issues with payment, found out the TV was on very good offer and was limited, they decided to sell it to someone else even though I was the one who ordered it day in advance and paid for it, and they lied by saying there was a payment issues

Disappointed by Unreasonable Policy Enforcement
I recently purchased an iPhone 16 Pro Max from this store and my partner returned it just a few days later, in pristine condition, simply to request a colour exchange. The seal was broken, as it?s impossible to properly inspect the phone without doing so, but everything else was exactly as it was when purchased. Despite this, the manager flatly refused to accommodate my partners request, citing store policy.
I understand policies exist, but discretion is also part of good customer service?especially when dealing with a high-value item like this. The refusal came across as needlessly rigid and unhelpful, especially since I know exchanges like this are often handled at the manager?s discretion.
I saved up really hard for this phone? and I?m TERMINALLY ill, so I?ve taken this quite to heart and I?m feeling really upset over it. For the price of these devices, customers deserve better service and a bit of understanding.
