Love Aldi, super cheap and a lot of their own brands better than our known expensive brands. I will mention that when at the checkout I always feel very rushed to get it over and done with, I've spoken to several people now who feel the same, not everyone feels confident enough to do self checkout

Fridge area is discomfortly cold to be at. Crowded aisles, but generally clean shop with range of products. Good prices. Big enough parking lot.

Horrendous staff interaction.I?ve never had a staff member be so rude.I entered Aldi today and I had finished my shopping, I got to the till and was about to start emptying my items onto the conveyor belt for them to be scanned when the lady on the next fill shouted over ?make sure you check her bags? as if I was some sort of their?I have been coming to Aldi for years and I have never felt so disrespected. I was literally emptying my bags onto the conveyor belt. I understand it?s policy to have everything on the conveyor belt and I was following this policy, there was no need to shout this over in the middle of all the other customers. It made me feel so embarrassed even though I have nothing to be embarrassed about.Even if I hadn?t emptied my bags I would still expect a staff member to quietly say ?please could you empty the contents of your shopping onto the belt?.This staff member has really let Aldi down and I will not be returning.

Went shopping in The Retford Aldi this morning and my husband didn't feel too well. The staff were amazing and got him a chair and a bottle of water,He felt better after a rest and the lady on the checkout offered to walk out to the car with us. What lovely staff they have. Many thanksxx

Nice open store with lots of different choice of fruit, veg, tinned goods, baked goods and frozen. Have a really great range of vegan food including frozen mains and desserts as well as reasonably priced vegan cheese and sweets. Good vegetarian ranges as well

It's a small store compared to others but the same quality products and great value, the parking is very good too
