A place to buy coffee and snacks

The actually cafe itself is warm and welcoming. I have been in a few times, sometimes I go in and the staff are on it and they're lovely, drinks come out tasty and quickly even when at times it's busy. Other times I've gone in and it's a different group of staff and drinks are slow and not as good quality, they often take longer to take orders and not as on it as usual. I understand when things are busy it can get stressful, I have also worked in food services. There have been a few times that I've ordered an iced latte, plain and simple and it's been given to me with a lot of coffee grains in the bottom and if you've ever used a coffee machine they you'll know the taste of reused coffee granules. The coffee tastes off and watery on multiple occasions I've had so many coffe granules that they've gotten stuck on my teeth. Some of the staff are lovely, do their job effectively and always ask how I'm doing, other staff don't do that even if I'm the only person in the cafe at that time. There are other Costas within a 20 minute drive of this one are much better than this one and don't taste like second hand coffee granules

Disappointed is an understatement.
I would rate lower than one star if possible.
The cafe wasn't busy, the tables not clear and dirty pots on the tables.
My daughter had a cheese and ham toastie. The ham was hard and rubbery and totally inedible.
We complained. The staff were totally unbothered and rude. The manager was reluctant to speak with us and refused to give a refund. We will not be back.

Today was my last visit to this, and all future Costa's. It was the same poor service, from the same redheaded lass. I asked for a large oat milk latte, extra hot. What I got was a cup which was only 3/4 full and barely even warm. I didn't complain because a) I shouldn't have to, how hard is it to make a full warm drink? And b) I'd have lost my temper and gone Rambo in the place. I am not, paying for substandard service, anymore. I've had it with this place! 90% of the tables wobble. They know this as they clean them, sometimes. I also see customers struggling with the tables, so they must too. Do they do anything about it ? No... £5 coffee's are a joke, and £3 for a single teabag, people need to wake up. I'm voting with my feet, and my wallet, and I'll support local small businesses instead, or have a 10p coffee at home.

Standard drive-thru Costa, so perfectly fine for a coffee and sticky stop. Staff at this one exceptionally friendly - swapped out my broken Costa thermal cup (purchased at a M-way services) without question. If you?re fancying a coffee and you?re at this end of town, this place rates and A.

While the staff are lovely and I'm sure they work very hard, it's horrendous in here. It's always filthy, the tables are wobbly enough to make you seasick and it's very cramped. The last time my wife made me visit, there was an elderly lady throwing up into a bin. Just sat at the table around people eating throwing up into a bin. It felt like par for the course, to be honest. Avoid.

Great cafe for a coffee with friends. Service is usually pretty quick and friendly. Only issue is space - there is not much room to get around tables with a pram or I imagine for a wheelchair user either.

Used the drive through here, quick service and usual costa offerings. Loads of parking right outside and even has EV charging.
