When asked what we wanted to drink. We were offered water which we said yes too but it was a jug of warm water in which we had to get ice for.
Ordered a fillet steak burger, asked how I would like it cooked. I said rare to medium which she told the chef, then the waitress came back and said it is only cooked his way. When I asked what way it was, he said he couldn't share as it was his secret.
A friend got a haloumi burger which was warm not hot.
We spoke to the waitress numerous times which we know she reported back to the chef. After asking a few times to speak to him, he finally came out and said what is your problem in quite an arrogant way and blamed it on the waitress as he said she hadn't been there long. In actual fact, the waitress had been lovely and it was all on him!

First visit to this lovely restaurant. Everything was perfect, no complaints about anything. Will definitely be back!
The pizza had a thin crispy base - just how it should be! The wrap and fries were also very good.

We had lunch, my baked potato had been cooked and kept warm, the cheese was not tasty. It filled us up, but sorry, not the best

I wish I had read previous reviews. The food used to be really good but I haven?t been for a few years. Tried it today with a friend who was visiting and was very disappointed with the quality of the food. I had piano special - basically a bowl of spaghetti with olive oil and a few prawns and what looked like anything else that was in the kitchen, it was average at best but the presentation was off putting. My friend had the lamb shank, which was similar to the boil in the bag one from Aldi served with a couple of sautéed potatoes and some frozen vegetables . Totally overpriced for what we had. Will not be returning

Great pizza, pasta, burgers and salads - lots of choice on the menu with kids options and alternatives offered for special dietary requirements (I don't know if they can cater for coeliacs thought, as all food seemed to be prepped in one kitchen). We had halloumi burgers with chips instead of the rocket salad mentioned; bolognese and penne; and a halloumi and pancetta salad. We ended with macarons and coffee - everything was delicious and good value. We ate in the outdoor seating area as it was a very warm evening and inside may have been too warm. Good value, very nice place!

Fantastic, I organised a late staff Xmas meal for 21 people. We pre ordered meals with a couple of late additions, dishes all came out correctly and were delicious. Very impressed everyone had a great time. The staff at piano was very organised, friendly and efficient. Would definitely book again, thank you for a lovely evening ??????????

I was in the area to visit the cemetery not far from Piano I've not been in before the other day when I went down south but my experience was lovely I will return ?? again when I'm in the area to visit the cemetery was lovely to be made to feel so welcome and the food being good too. Xx

Really lovely place with smashing pleasant staff, one with particularly smart nail decorations. Great latte and snack of sausage sandwich and toasted teacake.

Ordered food on FoodHub from this restaurant a few times now. The food is very lovely, we?ve ordered the carbonara, the Pollo and the bolognese. The portions are generous and the taste is very nice, feels homemade in the best way. the chips are divine and the burger is lovely too. Also ordered the frappe a couple times and it tastes amazing! the waffle with caramel was nice but do be sure to order ice cream!I would definitely order from this place again:)

Today we went in to ask if my 9 year old daughter could use the toilet (obviously she really needed to go otherwise we would of waited until we got home). The Lady replied with 'its for customers only". First of all we are customers and order for collection all the time, I was completly taken back by her response as she is only a child. Secondly my daughter has just done a 4 day stint on QMC due to a kidney infection, my point being you never know what people are going through! Thirdly we all know how horrible it is when you needthe toilet and cant get to one! Finally what happened to being kind especially to children. Made me upset so i sent my daughter to the toilet anyway. BE KIND AND HAVE COMPASSION!!!!!
