This restaurant gave me THE WORST EVER BURGER I'VE HAD AT MCDONALDS.
I had an Arch burger with no salad, from the drive thru.
Well it was poorly prepared, there was that much sauce on that the burgers were slipping out, making it very messy.
You should have seen the state of my hands and face after. I'd have taken a pic but my hands were in such a mess that I couldn't!!
You ask what about the napkins, well they didn't put any in the bag.
I think that they deliberately made me this RUBBISH BURGER, knowing they weren't going to put any napkins in the bag.
I haven't had a problem before here but I'll check I've got everything in the future.
I tried emailing customer services but they make it hard to email them because you get to send the message and it fails to deliver.. Then they rubbish you off saying they can't give you a free meal through rubbish excuses.
VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE RESTAURANT AND THE IDIOTS AT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

How is it that you are pushing the big Arch burger and when I come to order one at ollerton mcdonalds in notts you tell me you have run out of buns. It seems that every time you push a burger at ollerton McDonald?s they seem to run out of some part of the burger!!!!?

Wouldn't waste your time going here. Been living in the area all my life and this has to be one of the worst mcdonalds around. Down the road is Markham moore, go there. Fresher food and staff who are willing to actually work
