Like most Restaurants/Pubs in to days polical environment, can't afford the heating on. No draft beer, how can you run out of several beers. I had an Italian bottle of beer which was very good, asked for a 2nd, they had run out of this also. I asked for the spare ribs starter, no spare ribs, so I had the king prawns thay were not to clever. My wife ordered the meat Calzone, I ordered the ham one. We got a vegetarian one and a meet one which I was given. it took a little while to get my wife calzone changed, I eat the meet one the waitress had me cut mine open to see what was in mine, it was just like a sketch from Fawlty Towers. A waiter was hovering around like a bad smell.

Unfortunately it?s lost its charm. The food is now average, atmosphere is dead and it?s just overall average.
Please bring back the lively atmosphere, great food and the family restaurant we all loved!

Food always good here. Lady who was on service gave the impression of not wanting to be there. The place is looking tired needing some painting and a touch up. Will always come back as the food is great but hopefully some improvements elsewhere.

Went yesterday for the first time in a few years. Traveled from quite far out too. The atmosphere had really gone down hill and playing the most obnoxious birthday music really killed the vibe. Took over half an hour to have our drinks order even though we booked in advance to then not have the wine we wanted, took another half hour for them to take out food order. Bought out the starters and one of them was wrong, when we said this the lady came over and said we'd ordered something different (definitely didn't) and what my partner ordered they didn't even have. Most of the servers did not look old enough to even be working there in the first place. Worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant.

Well where do I start , the restaurant is very tired . The food was ok but the service was so poor . Faulty Towers comes to mind . The young waiters and waitresses had not been trained at all . It worked out at £50 per head and I would not recommend
The staff did not know what they were serving and the tiramisu was bought in . Appalling for an Italian restaurant

Really sad looking food that tastes as good as it looks.
A picture paints a thousand words and after seeing our food two words came to mind: ?Oh dear?. To have to wait thirty minutes for a starter like this fills someone with exceptional disappointment- a clear indicator of the quality of the mains to come. As such, we cancelled the remainder of our order. All in all a meal not worth waiting for.

Food was generally good, but the interior decor could do with some modernisation. There are tables outside next to the river, and this is lovely.

Beautiful place to be on a warm summers evening, beautiful view next to the river. Highly recommend. Lovely bar man Ali who served us, and made our experience very warming and offered an outstanding service. Thank you
