I had a very disappointing experience at the Zara store in Nottingham. The item had a lower price displayed on the packaging, but when I got to the till, staff removed the label to reveal a higher price underneath. It felt misleading and dishonest. Definitely not impressed ? 0 stars ?

Really hot, long queues and under staffed. Also noticed that staff not given their break/ lunch on time. The staff themselves are really helpful and nice.

Nice branch. They have a vast variety of clothing to pick from. They were on 50 to 80 percent off sales when I visited and they had good items one can actually buy.
Only downside is there irregularities with the sales. Some items labeled 80 percent off was charged at 50 percent off , and their explanation was that someone made mistakes with the discount stickers.

Long waiting times, staff looks extremely bored and unfriendly, I waited 10min in a queue upstairs only to be told it's a Returns only till. Well maybe put a sign to let people know?! Store is always messy and half the clothes are unwearable and total ribbish. I'd give this store a 0 raiting if it was an option. Zara is soooooo overrated. I honestly have no idea why are people obsessed with it.

Something unexpected from Zara ? all the cashiers were tired and rude, not even answering questions. They were like zombies. Such a shame, ZARA.

Very poor customer service yesterday, 17th June
1 lady on the till.
15 people waiting to be served,
1 member of staff said im not going on the I have things to do before my lunch !!
After about a 10 minute wait in the queue, another member of staff went on the till

I have never been in a shop that was so hot and sweaty how they expect the poor staff to work in that! And as for trying clothes on when everyone is sweating is beyond me! Shame cos i love zara clothes!

This place discriminates against minority groups absolutely disrespectful and rude been in today had security constantly looking at us and following us around for absolutely no reason didn?t even cross the barrier and he?s not only spoke to us rudely but accused me of stealing because I went up with the lift and came back without clothes the changing rooms are on the 1st floor we only went to try them on put away the items that weren?t right and bought what I liked like anyone else would other people have crossed the barrier and it was beeping yet he didn?t even stop them or say anything but i guess ok when you?re white/British the most upsetting part is we didn?t even cross the barrier neither did anything bleep we were just picked on. upon the search as expected he found nothing we asked for an apology as this was extremely embarrassing and rude and still the security had a terrible attitude when he was in the wrong it?s no ok to treat people that way. The manager wasn?t even helpful either claims he?s just doing his job? But as soon as we walk in it?s ok to follow us around ? Saying nonsense and following up with a search when we haven?t crossed barriers or had anything bleeping we only used a lift as we had a buggy all we wanted was an apology for their behaviour there was no valid reason for being stopped or searched .

The security guard discriminates against people. The anti-theft sensor at the enterence seemed to be broken and rang every time people left. So the security guard just stood there even when it rang. Then, when I left out, the security called me and checked my bag. What criteria do they use to check customer?s bag? There was no explanation and it was so unpleasant. I am going to complain about this to the head office.

Absolutely discussed with staff on the floor (Nottingham Store) waiting in the queue to return stuff for 10 minutes 5 of us and these 4-5 staff girls having chat and laughing standing there one of the customer had to go and remind them we are waiting well she didn?t seem happy for the reminder awful really these people dont understand that they get paid to do the job?.
