We sold our house through Your Move Wollaton and what a fantastic 5 star experience. Sally initially came out to value the property and is incredibly knowledgeable about the Wollaton market. Maddi and Grace kept us well informed about our viewings and communication was excellent, but the shining star has to be our agent Alix. Her liaison with our buyer, and both solicitors was excellent. At times when we thought the sale might not complete, there was no hesitation in contacting other parties to find out what was happening and she really put our minds at ease. I've absolutely no hesitation in recommending this fantastic estate agent.

Your Move, the staff, and in particular Alix were excellent in supporting us in purchasing our property. They were always available both by phone call and email and always responded appropriately and in a timely fashion. They were great at being the 'middle person' between us and the vendor. No stars if possible! Simply too difficult for both buyers and vendors. I viewed a property with a previous agent. When I wanted to put an offer for the property when it was later advertised by Your Move (Wollaton), Grace of Your Move advised that my offer be put through the previous agent. When the vendor accepted my offer (through that agent), Your Move continued to take viewings for the property, refused to take the property off the market or put "STC" on its advertisements for the property despite the vendor's instructions. Two weeks after my offer for the property was accepted and despite the vendor's instructions, the property is still on the market. Alix was the agent looking after the subject property. When the vendor later tried to reach Your Move, Alix was "unavailable" to revert to the vendor and did not return the vendor's call. I emailed Your Move to get a confirmation that the property is off the market due to the vendor's acceptance, no response from Your Move either. When I asked to view other properties, they were more than happy to oblige. My recommendation is not to deal with Your Move. I am stopping other viewings with Your Move. Your Move is simply too difficult to deal with.

Your Move have been OUTSANDING; I was selling through Purple Bricks, but I was buying from Your Move and they were so helpful at updating me and keeping in touch the whole long and laborious process. It didn't matter where the news was in our chain of five, I always heard from Your Move first. I would recommend this estate agent without hesitation!

This is a good estate agent and Sally Haigh, in particular, understood and was mindful of the complexity of our situation. Thanks as well to Maddi and the rest of the team who worked hard for us. It was quite a long haul getting everything completed but the team persisted on our behalf and were determined to get a good outcome for us. We'd use Your Move again.

Purchased a property and the agent on this case was Maddi - the journey took some turns and ups and downs but it has to be said Maddi was absolutely fantastic throughout, answered every query in a reasonable timeframe and kept me updated regularly even if it was to say that nothing had progressed week to week. I would 100% recommend Maddi on this basis as a vendor or buyer and I have total confidence in her abilities Defo 5/5 star rating!
