Brilliant, personal service. I've booked several holidays with Wollaton Travel Service and never had a problem. They're always responsive to questions and get answers as quickly as they can. Absolutely no complaints with either their holidays or day trips.

George sorted a great skiing holiday out for us - he knew exactly what to recommend and was efficient in booking and communicating with us. Within 45 minutes of entering the shop we were all sorted. Thank You George.

Excellent service with regards to getting your passport photos done and validating your passport application renewal form. There was a huge queue at the post office next door and this travel agency did everything for me very efficiently in a professional manner. Highly recommended for this service and will visit again.

My grandmother, a 98-year-old woman who ambles with a walking stick, was recently requested to leave the premises as she waited for the taxi she'd asked them to order even though there were plenty of seats available for her to take a seat. Even if there had been no seats available, I would hope that a frail 98-year-old woman would have priority. To make things worse, we're talking about this episode happening in typical winter weather conditions. I am appalled and definitely do NOT recommend this place as the people working here, including the manager, lack the ABC of common sense and courtesy.

Used to be great when a chap called John worked there, and a lady called Karen who was an expert on Turkey, but they seem to have left. Called in this week for advice and hoping to book a holiday and the man who was there was just rude and disinterested. Against my better nature went to the rival across the road who did it all for me on the spot.
