My first time here. Lovely happy staff to greet you as you walk in. Nicely set out, has a nice feel. Food was gorgeous, and service from friendly, funny,helpful staff. The evening was a pleasure and we will definitely be back. Thanks to all staff ( not forgetting the chef ?)

Went here yesterday for the 1st time well where do I start the food was absolutely disgusting Mt husband and 2 friends had Sunday roast which looked like it had been sat on a hotplate for days the carrots were dry the turkey was vile sprouts like bullets lumpy gravy oh and the mash you could slice up it was that dry I had gammon it was chewy and tasted like a pot of salt the guy behind the bar was just not interested in dealing with complaints and said manager was in Barbados well unfortunately you should re train yourselve in customer service the 2 barmaids Samantha and Jess were absolutely brilliant and couldn't do enough for us unfortunately would not return to eat but would consider a drink there

Have gone to this pub for meals on many occasions, they never fail on service and quality.Went for Sunday lunch it was top quality, your not rushed to eat but it gets very busy, which says it all the menu offers so much kids included and my family has made lots of choices from their menu brilliant special offers try it but for peace of mind especially on Sunday bok a table

Large group went for family meal. Some of the food was pretty good, but the beef in particular from the Christmas menu was chewy, grey and difficult to eat. The kids meals weren?t great quality, and some of the desserts (the cheesecake in particular was grainy and and odd texture and taste). The table service was interesting, from the staff going round with a bin bag demanding rubbish, to then asking us to collect unused cutlery so it could presumably be used again without washing, as it went in a receptacle designed for clean cutlery. Overall, the atmosphere was nice, and some of the food was good considering the difficulties of catering for 30 people, however I won?t return for a big meal. When I have been for smaller meals, the food and service was noticeably better.

Wow! If you want a good roast, amazing service, and just that warm local feel. Come here!We had two roast chicken, and they were the best roasts we've had in years!This was our first visit, but it's going to become our local 100%

Amazing food, we were in the area after having a 4d scan across the road and thought we would have give willow tree a go due to the good reviews.Food is phenomenal! Spoke to Mandy the chef who has worked there 17 years, I can see why!All staff were friendly and me and my family were made to feel part of the crowd despite going out late with a toddler in tow.Not many people are so accepting of a 21 month old in a pub during evening time but it wasn't an issue for anyone in this pub.Can't wait to come back again soon :)
