I ordered a door, and it was delivered to my house?but it was damaged. I filed a complaint; it was supposed to arrive in the next three days. Unfortunately, it never arrived. The courier wrote that it wasn't at the door, but he didn't ring the doorbell. I filed another complaint?I was on the chat for about 90 minutes. I asked for an email to the manager, but I didn't receive it. I'm waiting for the next delivery; I took the next day off work. Your company is a complete mess.

It's convenient but it's expensive. You're better off at Screwfix or Toolstation for the majority of stuff they sell here, and for timber Bassingfield woodyard is much cheaper.
Sometimes it's worth going to Wickes if you just need the thing quickly and don't care that you're overpaying

Needs a huge upgrade, doesn't look like it's had any TLC for 30 years! - Stock levels aren't always the best but staff are friendly and attentive when required.
