Order 682288230. I ordered a door, and it was delivered to my house?but it was damaged. I filed a complaint; it was supposed to arrive in the next three days. Unfortunately, it never arrived. The courier wrote that it wasn't at the door, but he didn't ring the doorbell. I filed another complaint?I was on the chat for about 90 minutes. I asked for an email to the manager, but I didn't receive it. I'm waiting for the next delivery; I took the next day off work. Your company is a complete mess.
