Pretty expensive in here, you can find books and the like for much cheaper online, but the reduced section is okay and you can find a good selection of books. Very happy with the revival of ToysRus here. The post office is easy to use and handy

Miserable staff (if you find one to ask!!) the shop is so hot with no air conditioning so you feel like you just wanna go in and out as quickly as you can.

I bought some Airbnb cards at this store and loved the service at the register. Some employees were unable to tell me where this product was. maybe they should be more visible. since it was in front of the post office

Feels like a supermarket with its self checkout and isles. Buy x3 packs of pens for £9.99! Are you having a laugh(!) I can order a pack of x50 pens online from for £2.25!! ?

The actual stock they have on the shelves is decent, but a lot of the shelves (especially downstairs) are empty and (again, mostly downstairs) if you need assistance staff is almost impossible to find. Also not the cheapest, but its WHSmiths. Its never been cheap.

I regularly shop at this branch in the Nottingham Victoria Centre on my way to work. I made the mistake of getting in the shop today while the shutter was half open as I wanted to buy drinks to change a £20 note. It is very convenient with the self serve tills.However I was reprimanded very severely by an angry obtuse male assistant. His tone was downright abrasive and unpleasant. He could have pointed out my folly in a neutral calm manner. I genuinely thought the store opened at 8.00am.The cherry on the cake was when he demanded I leave the store "NOW" as if I was shoplifting and then stormed off without securing the shutters.What a rude bearded horrid obnoxious man.It would feel awkward to run into the likes of his specimen again in his precious storeI'd hate to think of the 19th of October 2023 as my last time in this branchThen again I doubt the management take these incidents seriously.

Got everything you need but need to clean shelves more picked up a book and it was thick with dirt.
