The staff are really friendly and helpful. I walked in to the store to change currency as I am new in Nottingham. I was so perplexed and stressed. Jay helped calm me down, the positive energy he emits made me feel very easy and he swiftly completed my transaction. All my worries are gone. I am truly thankful for him!!
