Lovely helpful staff, knowledgeable approachable pharmacists, excellent job completing routine and urgent scripts, and generally looking after me over the last couple of years especially.

Your doctor sends them the prescription. They might get it done in five minutes, they might send it to the hub and you will get annoyed when you arrive to collect to find even after 4 days the hub hasn't sent the product to the pharmacy .
