Generally, great service!
But, can be frustrating when you call at the opening times and no one answers the phone. At all!
It?s as if, they cut the phone off to stop it from ringing, after a while. Or it cuts off after a number of rings.
I even called before the pharmacist goes to lunch. Right up until 1pm. Still no answer!
Still phoned after 2pm and no answer.
In total, I called 70 times today (Friday 11th October 2024). and still no response.
I even called tried calling whilst writing this review ??? guess what?
No response!

I need 6 stars because 5 are not enough. Rafah, the Pharmacist, is very knowledgable and helpful. Well Pharmacies should give him a pay rise because he is a credit to their company.

Never answer the phone disgusting that they don't cater for people who can't get to pharmacy but need advice that the government are advising us to do .I tried ringing from 9am till 5.30 no answer.Will not use or recommend this pharmacy

Very unreliable. Booked COVID vaccination and the pharmacy cancelled 25 minutes before vaccination appointment, with no explanation. And they don't bother answering the phone. Abs hopeless!

Called round for some advice after being passed from 111 to my GP surgery who where closed for training. The pharmacist, Rafi, was really helpful, knowledgable and had time to listen to problem and advice accordingly. Many thanks

Always open on time (7am most mornings) which is great for me as I work nights and collect my prescriptions on the way home and the staff are really friendly.

They're alright.IMPORTANT NOTE: You can't collect any prescriptions between 1pm and 2pm because "the pharmacist takes lunch at this time." Recommend they restructure shifts so that the pharmacy always has a pharmacist present during opening hours, or just adjust their opening hours online. That said, it's not a terrible problem.
