Very bad signalsCustomers service team promises but they don?t fulfill their promise. If you Vodafone and don?t have any chance to get another network, it is better for not to have vodafone.

Rob made Vodafone a lot more better that it is, eased the process and gave me the right information I couldn?t get even when I called customer service. He made Vodafone from a 1 star to a 5. Much appreciated

Went in to discuss and sort an upgrade and new contract, served by Kirsty and Tom. Couldn't be happier with the service received whilst in store.My only criticism (that's not aimed at the staff) was whilst building the upgrade, the phone handset selected became unavailable.Again, completely out of staff control, they couldn't apologise enough as they too found this frustrating.Will definitely return when time to upgrade, rather than going online or calling.?

Tom and Lauryn were excellent, made me feel welcome as soon as I walked through the door. Got my phone/sim issue resolved within minutes. Its nice to have real general conversations with them. I left feeling happy and healthy. Not bad to say I was having a terrible day full of anxiety. They both really helped me through my day.

Came into this shop with issue on mobile device! Thanks to the team at Vodafone and a big special thanks to Rich, who went above and beyond to help me , he sorted me out promptly and gave me best advice on device. Fair play to the man! All the best. HIGHLY RECCOMENED. Cheers bud. ?

I would like to congratulate Robert's excellent service, a dedicated and attentive professional with the customer and knowledgeable, guiding the customer with the best options available. I can say that a service at this level is not common, because what we see most out there are people who are unprepared to serve customers. Congratulations to Vodafone for having an exemplary professional.
