I have got huntingtons diseaseNothing is easy for me.
However, with no appointment yesterday, they Fixed my phone whilst I waited.
I travelled by train all the way from Newark just hoping that someone could help me with the dreaded no Sim problem?

Went into store looking at the new Apple Watch Series 9, Zachary who served me was seeming less his customer service was 10/10 and displayed great product knowledge.

Avoid!
- They said they will run soft search on credit and they did hard search that will affect your credit for 12 months!
- They did not give me information on my username/password set-up or pin and had to spend 84 minutes on the phone to get them sorted.
- For customer services on the phone you cannot talk to human. It is a loop on automated robot and it hangs up if your query is not listed. There is not option as 'Other queries'.
- Their online chat team cannot (are not allowed to) connect you to any department. They are closed team.

Tom and Lauryn were excellent, made me feel welcome as soon as I walked through the door. Got my phone/sim issue resolved within minutes. Its nice to have real general conversations with them. I left feeling happy and healthy. Not bad to say I was having a terrible day full of anxiety. They both really helped me through my day.

Very bad signalsCustomers service team promises but they don?t fulfill their promise. If you Vodafone and don?t have any chance to get another network, it is better for not to have vodafone.
