Went this morning for a charity transaction, the staff were fantastic, and even though it was the weekend and the query was complex the staff were most helpful and patient in resolving all the matters. Not everything can be completed online and hope the banks will retain some brick and mortar banks.

racist staff. after i walked in, i went to the reception, and there were two ladies. A lady with blonde hair and a receding chin and a woman with wheat-colored skin. They're both white. i said 'can i have statement for 3 month of this card? thanks' and she turned to the other receptionist and said, 'wow three months, 'and they started staring at me and laughing. It's a very strange and disgusting smile. It was very disrespectful and made me feel very uncomfortable. They smiled warmly at the British customers in front of and behind me, not at me, and looked very reluctant to serve me. i wanted to report them online, but there was no entrance for that. so i have to write it here.

Went in after phone call to virgin to put money in isa. On phone said it?s ok to drop in shop as it?s not an on line isa account. It was like drawing teeth from the woman in there it really was . Dead unhelpful to the point of frustration, it was like I was hindering her to put a decent deposit into an account, bizarre!!

Disgusted in this company, my partner who is self employed recived an payment from an off sure bank account for work he has spent over 10 days from 7am-6pm working for. That this bank decided to block for suspected fraud.The payee had been contacted from this bank to confirm the payment was a legitimate legal payment ( WAS CONFIRMED BY PAYEE) but yet the payment was still stopped under investigation.Even though it was proven to be legitimate.My partner now cannot pay his deposit for his new house that is needed by the end of November.DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS BANK!!

I had called up to see if there was a chance I could make an appointment for that specific day. I had tried at other branches which were closer but no luck, where as the Nottingham branch were able to only fit me in, but also didnâ??t raise any issues as I was slightly late due to the challenges of finding parking. Rachel had served me, was very friendly and was also able to open my account in no time. She was very thorough with everything and made it easy to understand and follow. Overall I had a great experience here. I was a advocate of Virgin and what the brand stands for, but now I can first had recommend this specific brand if anyone is looking to get the best out of their banking needs. Thank you!
