This was our first time using Adam at Veracity to remortgage our home and to obtain life insurance and it will not be our last. Nothing was too much trouble, Adam knew exactly what we wanted and he found us the best deal that suited our requirements. He took away the stress and handled everything which was great knowing we were in safe hands. Adam was able to explain things to us we didn't understand and he would contact us regularly with updates.I would, without doubt recommended Adam to all my family and friends.

Horrific experience with a veracity advisor -Christopher Stephens, who told me I could get a mortgage by lying to to the lender about my job title and omitting that I have a short, fixed-term contract. He said it would be fine, got me an agreement in principle under these lies and said if the lender rejected the mortgage under 'not liking the quality of the house or any other reason' then I would have to pay him £200 as he had still done his job. I am a novice so didn't know there's actually no way for me to get a mortgage with the job I had, it would have instantly been flagged. This guy was playing me and taking advantage of my lack of experience in this field. He also got really weird whenever I asked too many questions about how it worked, saying 'well maybe I shouldn't help you then, I don't even know you, I was doing you a favor' and even getting angry with me.

Chris stephens sorted out mortgage out 2 years ago, he was upfront, honest and offered the very best advice for our first mortgage. Everything was handled and organised by him allowing less stress and pressure of moving house. Our fixed rate is coming to an end and chris contacted us again with what options were available to us l, completing all the necessary application work on our behalf! Huge relief at these uncertain times. My advice would be to use these guys and their services! Best money you will spend to save money longterm!!
