I just wanted to say that I was so nervous about going into Nottingham, I haven?t been for years, I?m so glad that I plucked up the courage to go, again I was nervous about going into the shop, I shouldn?t of been.Joanne supported me, from checking my gait and getting the perfect shoes due to an injury.Joanne?s knowledge, support was out of this world and she is so caring, I wasn?t rushed, she had all the time in the world to make sure the shoes were the right ones.Please use up and running, I won?t be using the internet again.Thank you

Today I visited up and running for the first time for my first pair of running shoes I just started running and wanted to make sure I was wearing the right trainers. The customer service was outstanding, Joanne who looked after me was very welcoming and made me very comfortable and relaxed. Joanne was very informative and knowledgeable, she gave me lots of advice and helped me find the perfect pair of trainers for me. Really enjoyed my experience and will definitely be going back again, a very knowledgeable, professional and welcoming shop that provides excellent customer service

The best customer service I have ever experienced! Massive thank you to rob for all his help during my gait analysis! Rob was not only helpful but created a great atmosphere in the shop. Very welcoming staff and make the shopping experience a lot easier with all their knowledge! I will definitely be heading back and supporting this business.

Came in around 2pm for a Gait analysis on Sunday with Mark. Told him my future fitness goals and my running targets. I was spoilt with an excellent selection of 8+ shoes each expertly described in performance relative to price and overall value for money. The shop was pretty busy and he still juggled me as well as another customer professionally. Left the shop with the ASICS NovaBlast 4?s about an hour later, extremely happy with the guidance provided. Mark was an awesome bloke, very interesting to say the least .Rob also had some good banter even though he wasn?t serving me at the time.Cheers Guys!

If you want to be sure you have the correct foot wear for you run?s, up and running will look after your needs. I recently purchased a pair of men?s Asics, GT2000 10, after rekindling my love of running. They popped me on the treadmill, to observe my foot strike etc, and then offered me plenty of choice of foot wear for my needs, and within budget. Nothing was too much trouble, and they want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Highly recommend, as they are professional, knowledgeable and competitively priced. I will certainly be a returning customer.

I don't know the name of the lady in the store who helped me today (7/1/24) but she was brilliant. So reassuring to have her discuss gait and shoe type with me. She was lovely and gave me loads of advice for tying my shoes and fuelling my runs. Couldn't recommend her and the store highly enough.

I came into the store today with zero knowledge of running shoes and the sales assistant Mark was so so helpful we did a Gait Analysis made me feel so comfortable and at ease from there he offered me a variety of shoes to try on and I finally found the right pair for me. Thank you so much for your help Mark it goes along way! :)

The Personal Touch - Not the cheapest but certainly the most personal shopping experience you can get with a a no-pressure approach to purchasing. The staff are very knowledgeable about the different stylings of each brand and will suggest a range of types based on your answers to questions about the type and duration of running that you regularly do. Even better, they will record your running gait on a treadmill and recommend shoes based on how your feet land to prevent long-term damage to your feet/ankles/knees.Would highly recommend!

Without a doubt the best customer service I?ve ever experienced in a shop. I spoke to a couple of staff members who were outstanding and extremely helpful. I bought some Adidas Boston?s which I?m very happy with. However leading to my purchase the chap brought 5 pairs of different trainers out, did running analysis on a treadmill, and provided a full explanation behind the science and benefits of each trainer. I will be returning, highly recommended!
