I dined at Turtle Bay in Nottingham today arriving at 10:30PM and had the pleasure of being served by Jack, whose exceptional service truly enhanced our dining experience. From the moment we arrived, Jack?s warm welcome and attentive nature stood out. He guided us through the menu with insightful recommendations, ensuring we selected dishes that perfectly suited our tastes. His knowledge of the Caribbean-inspired cuisine and enthusiasm for the restaurant?s offerings were evident, making our meal both enjoyable and informative. Jack?s friendly demeanor and professionalism contributed significantly to the vibrant atmosphere that Turtle Bay is known for. We left the restaurant not only satisfied with the delicious food but also appreciative of the outstanding service provided by Jack. We look forward to returning and hope to be served by him again.

Our waitress, Adriana, was lovely she had such a positive vibe about her, and the food and service was quick and incredible, we?ve been 3 times now and will definitely become a regular place for us!!
