Had my hair done here today and would not recommend. Really wasn?t very impressed that I had a £10 charge added on top as the next client had waited 30 mins and then the next client had £10 removed yet I arrived early and waited 15 minutes for my appointment because the person before me was late? Don?t think this was down to my stylist but someone higher up that was very rude but I really didn?t think this was fair, I didn?t say anything at the time as I just wanted to leave. The environment didn?t feel great and staff seemed fed up. Disappointed as I?d heard good things but after todays experience I definitely wouldn?t return! My stylist was lovely though and did what I asked for so could not fault her.

Just amazing... A little nervous trying a new hairdressers, but Olivia was brilliant.. the colour is perfect.. wasn't too sure on whether to cut it, I'm glad I did... I will definitely be coming here from now on... Thank you soooo much

Visited Turning Heads for the first time today and had my hair cut and styled by the lovely Emma. I have curly mixed hair and like to have my pixie styled quite short. Emma did a brilliant job and cut and styled exactly as I asked. I am super pleased and have already booked my next appointment with her. The salon was clean and all the staff were super friendly, glad I found this place :)Service: Curly hair

I would like to say that from my experience of going to turning heads hair and beauty hairdressers, it was amazing I would like to thank Olivia for doing my hair in the way that I wanted it and it turn out wounderful thank you so much? and for the amazing service you have given as well. also the staff are lovely as well I would definitely come again xx

Fantastic!! I had the best cut&blow dry in years from Isabel, I was super nervous as I had just moved to the area. I have anxiety about booking over the phone and was super pleased to get a message response on Google saying they could see me the same day during late evening.Wow? I?m never going back to my previous salon after this experience. My hair was a state when I went in and I had felt low all week. I now feel boosted and rejuvenated thanks to my amazing new hair !!
