The staff in the office are not very helpful they will just leave you stood there. The staff in the yard however are super helpful

As a novice to buying building supplies I was welcomed by the team at Queens Drive. In particular Sharon whose customer service was excellent. Nothing was too much for her and her communication with me about deliveries and stock was brilliant. The whole team are friendly snd helpful. I was even offered a chocolate brownie! Thanks to all at the branch.
