Great manager was willing to assist me with anything, nothing was too much trouble. Polite, friendly, warm, welcoming, jovial but maintained professionalism throughout. All necessary amenities were available and fully functioning. All outside areas were clean and free from obstruction. The shop was fully stocked and had a Costa express machine also.

Me and my partner were waiting for a while for the cars to move out of the the only two pumps we could use. With a queue forming behind us. Only for the so called "manager" to come out with one of the customers and stand at her car window gabbing away whilst we all just sit there. When my partner went over to the car to ask her to pull forward we were told by the useless excuse of a manager that we were the ones being rude! After telling her it wasn't hard to pull forward we were refused a sale and told to leave. Absolute joke. All she needed to do was move forward so everyone else could go on about their day. If we didn't say anything we'd probably still be sat there now! If she's actually a manager she needs to sort out her priorities instead of holding up all her customers.

Useful place to fill up when I am out that way.At one time, they were my main station for fuel, and being a bit further out they are less likely to run out of fuel quite as quickly when there is a panic on and all the idiots start queuing for their £5 top ups.The shop is quite well stocked for its size - I think it's the only shop in Bunny, so it is used by the locals. Useful for a loaf of bread now and then.

No hand washing facilities and the prices on the pump are different to the prices on their huge digital sign by the road.
