After a recent visit to the store I was determined to leave a good review. The store is excellent and the staff are fabulous at helping and giving advice. I was at a total loss to the right products I needed for my project but with great knowledge and patience I came away full of confidence. Well done. Im not super experienced, thank god they are. Came into store yesterday 30/11/23 & was served by Chelle. Knowledgeable & bubbly. Very helpful and kind and couldn't of asked for a better service.. will 100% be returning for sure..

Visited store on the 28th Sept to make a purchase as the website was not processing the order - I was met with a miserable colleague stood there gazing into thin air. What a task it was to get the right product after being presented with the wrong item by her I was made to feel like it?s my fault despite giving the product number.3 hrs later I return as the item is of inferior quality I was once again met with miss happy - made to feel like your robbing the place to get a return in this store - Ilkeston store is a much friendlier bunch - in the future I?ll just roll an extra 20 yards and go to screwfix.Miss happy is ?Timea? what a delightful colleague to have on your team

Staff are great especially the young mixed race fellah with the great hair style today( 23/08/22) ( sorry didn?t catch your name pal) but helped my misses with the beading for laminate to the car whilst I parked up. Your a true gentleman. Keep doing what your doing your service skills are brilliant and your a credit to that store!
