“Received some excellent customer service today at this branch.Phoned up in the morning to enquire about if they had 2 tyres for my car in stock, which they did, and the guy fitted me in for later in the day.I went 10 mins before my appointment & the guy came out to ask me which 2 tyres I was having replaced, to which I said front 2.He inspected both tyres carefully and measured the tread before asking me why I was replacing them - i showed him the outer edge. he then showed me although the tyre has some light wear on the outer edge, the tyres themselves have around 4mm of tread left and that they should ve good for a few more months easily and don't need replacing just yet ?? - so honest and how a garage should be with customers.He was very genuine and so honest.Wish I got the guy's name for this review (older man, of afro caribbean descent).Definitely someone who I am sure will make many customers happy with such high levels of excellent service and will represent Mr Tyre in a great way”

“Excellent service, above and beyond what was expected. I had 3 new tyres fitted. While fitting, the mechanics located and rectified 3 slow punctures caused by age and corrosion to the wheel, making poor seal between wheel and tyre. All tyres have stayed well inflated, no slow punctures since. Will definitely always come to these guys on Carlton Rd for new tyres. Thanks so much!”

“As a motability driver, I need my car, I had a puncture which was plugged by the RAC, who gave me the location and time this branch opened as it would be my closest branch. I was there by 9:45 for a 10am opening time, was told it would probably be 11am before they could get to my car, so decided to wait, was very pleased and surprised to have my tyre fixed and sensor reset by 10:30, very nice and helpful staff. Highly recommend this branch, but remember they can only fit the tyres they have, and each fitter can only do 1 car at a time ?⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“This place and the staff come highly recommended. I can't praise them enough. After failing an MOT for various, questionable reasons at another "reputable" garage and them trying to charge me the earth for repairs. I contacted HiQ, after being recommended by a friend, to see if they could take a look and a 2nd opinion. They were brilliant and showed me that said work didn't need doing at all.
