Brought a bunch of items for a bathroom refurb, excellent staff and very knowledgeable. Dealt with Craig who was great and helpful, helped out where he could on items. I had to make some swaps and returns on some of the original brought items and had no issues at all, very nice staff at the store, definitely coming back for further supplies when needed. Thanks Craig!!!

Friendly, helpful staff. Picked up exactly what we wanted and needed after some good advice. Be aware that there is likely going to be a lead time between ordering your tiles and collection as most of their on show displays are not held locally in stock. Be better prepared than we were or get lucky like we did and browse their end of range/discontinued selection and take home same time.

We came to the shop a little bit fussy as the tiles we liked were no longer available. Craig was very friendly and tried to help us as much as he could. He was very patient with us and offered us as much advice as he could. Even though we didn?t buy any tiles, he was very happy to help us again when we came back a few days later. Alongside with James tried to answer all our questions. In the end we placed the order and are waiting for the delivery. We?re hoping we?ll be as happy as we are at the moment. Fantastic customer service. Would recommend them to anyone.

We have been to this branch number of times now. On every occasion, wehave received fantastic customer service. James and Craig have been so helpful.They addressed all of our questions and gave tips. This gave us confidence on the purchases we have made and would highly recommend this branch for all of your tiling needs. Very reasonable price also.

Avoid if you are trade. Our development team ordered 100m2 of two types of ornate victorian tile from Tile Giant at Meadow Lane on 23/05/23 for immediate delivery as we are running against a completion deadline with huge late penalty attached if we overrun. There was sufficient stock and all was supposedly in order. However, the orders were mixed up by Tile Giant so that we had too many blue tiles and two packs short on grey tiles. We returned the extra blue tiles and asked for two packs of blues. Mistake was verified by the store. Redelivery was arranged for the following Friday, then Tuesday, then further delayed to the next Friday. We are unable to source this specific tile elsewhere and the job is currently 9 days overdue as it is impossible to finish the job without these tiles. We offered to drive to Doncaster warehouse ourselves at our cost to pick up these two packs of tiles, but we were turned down because the warehouse didn't accept customers. The store at Meadow Lane evaded all responsibility of the delay by stating that they are unable to help due to management and the only compensation they could offer is to refund the two boxes that were never delivered. Unacceptably amateur. Insufficient stock, unable to update their internal system to check stock, unable to deliver in full, unable to source additional tiles, unable to come to any reasonable resolution. We are facing tremendous pressure and daily penalties due to inadequacy of Tiles Giant. Avoid if you are trade.

First time ever using Tile Giant, was just walking in to price up some flooring and was helped by an amazing lady Mary! Walked me through everything I needed to know and helped me purchase my new flooring which looks amazing can I add! I hope she gets all the recognition she deserves!

Just been here to look for outdoor tiles. Acknowledged straight away when we walked in. Both staff members were really helpful and knowledgeable. Sorted us out with what we wanted. Would definitely buy from here again in the future.

On just changing just the vanity unit in bathroom, when removing the old one, the splash back tiles came off with it (nightmare!) so needed something to replace them. Explained this to the guy in the shop and he couldn't have been more helpful. Found a couple of sample tiles that were perfect and he let me have them! So kind in helping me out. Will definitely be back! Thank you ?

Staff here are great, however if you are recommended a tiler by the name of Justin then run a mile. Tile Giant let Justin change the tiles for a job to some cheaper ones and then wouldn't give me any info on it as it was done under his account. Numerous other issues with Justin and the "work" he did (and has never finished), the most dishonest tradesman I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Whilst this may not be the fault of Tile Giant, they did not seem concerned that this has happened and continue to associate with him and recommend him.

Went to the Nottingham meadow lane store and was served by James. He was so knowledgeable, helpful and made the experience so easy and straight forward and we?ll definitely be back to purchase more tiles because of his fantastic customer service!

I was so impressed by the customer service from Nathan and Craig I received yesterday & today ,so helpful , very pleasant , friendly, & professional . They even carried my tiles to the car , and delivered to my new place on my second purchase .It?s hard to find this kind of high level customer service???. but I can recommend the boys in the Nottingham store near the Notts county ground. They where fab!I Will be recommending to all my friends.Thankyou Nathan & Craig.
