“We semi regularly drop off unwanted items here, gifts that aren't 'us' or clothes in good condition. Staff are always super helpful. It's sad that quite a few people just use them as a dumping ground. The lady we saw yesterday said they waste hours sifting through rubbish which they cannot re-use or put up for sale in their shops. What they do put out nearly always contains something I find useful, wearable or readable. Thank you Oxfam.”

“When I wanted to buy something, there weren’t any staff on the floor so I went into the staff room to try and get some service, all the staff were participating in a "Rot Test challenge" with stained clothing and the manager, Sue said "Gloria must be gone" before FINALLY sending one of her volunteers out to serve me.”
