Extremely rude and waste of time. I spoke to customer service they could not help with my eSIM so I told them I want to cancel as I?m paying for no servic, they said we have to go to the store. My wife went as I was at work and was told they can?t do anything. So I went on a Sunday was then told they need ID I had my passport and driving license photos as I don?t carry my ID everywhere. They refused to serve me and wasted my time and money going to the store. I work all week so don?t have time to go to the store. Absolute waste of time

Id give zero if I could. Walk in trying to upgrade my phone. Everyone head down on their phones and the guy at the front desk is one of the rudest people I've ever encountered.
Thanks Three Nottingham because within 5 seconds you made my mind up. I'll be cancelling my renewal and going somewhere else.
Been with them nearly 2 decades as well.

I'd just like to say Tom from the store is an absolute diamond of a man he went out his way too accommodate my issues and made sure everything was accounted for 10/10 for customer service and 20/10 for the level of professionalism he carrys

Extremely Disappointed ? Poor Customer Service and Connectivity Issues
I had a deeply disappointing experience with MobileBand 3, both in terms of service quality and customer support. I visited their store on Monday, 26th May at around 4 PM (a bank holiday), seeking urgent help with cancelling an order, returning a modem, setting up a direct debit, and contacting support because I was feeling completely helpless with the process. Unfortunately, the two male staff members present at the time did absolutely nothing to assist me.
Not only was the support unhelpful, but one of the staff members was openly rude and dismissive. When I raised concerns about the poor customer service, he sarcastically responded with ?thank you? ? an attitude that showed a complete lack of professionalism or empathy. I tried to provide valid identification, including my residence permit and e-visa, both of which were rejected. Despite my ID being already on their system, they insisted on a physical passport, which is completely unreasonable ? most people don?t carry their passport around daily.
What made it worse was the way I was spoken to. Rather than helping, the staff dismissed my concerns with a careless tone and no real attempt to resolve anything. This reflects a serious lack of training, customer respect, and basic service standards.
To add insult to injury, the internet connection from 3 is unreliable and inconsistent. So not only are you dealing with a poor product, but also with a team that offers zero help when things go wrong.
I strongly advise others to stay away from MobileBand 3. There are far better providers out there who value their customers and treat them with the respect and support they deserve.

Got WiFi/dongle under a year ago. Power adaptor wire tiny, now loose and WiFi cuts out...don't recommend

Absolutely perfect service, especially by Sam and his other colleagues. I never felt more welcomed and comfortable at any other store. They made the whole process of getting a new phone really pleasant and effortless without playing tricks on you to pay more money like other Phone Stores! Again immaculate SERVICE.

Nice little store with friendly staff. I went to pick up a 5f wifi kit but couldn't complete my purchase as I didnt have the required ID on me, but will be back next time I'm in town.
