Id give zero if I could. Walk in trying to upgrade my phone. Everyone head down on their phones and the guy at the front desk is one of the rudest people I've ever encountered.
Thanks Three Nottingham because within 5 seconds you made my mind up. I'll be cancelling my renewal and going somewhere else.
I'd just like to say Tom from the store is an absolute diamond of a man he went out his way too accommodate my issues and made sure everything was accounted for 10/10 for customer service and 20/10 for the level of professionalism he carrys
