Made a booking Wednesday for a Gent's cut that Friday morning. Received a call Thursday to say the stylist doesn't do men's cuts at the moment and my appointment was being cancelled with an option to reschedule for the following Monday. Sadly, I was getting my hair cut for my 40th at the weekend so I was left totally disappointed, let down as a new customer and not sure why the stylist wouldn't just do the cut since they'd taken the booking on. Seemed a very poor reason to cancel, no regard for me as a customer.Poor customer experience and won't be attempting to go back.Now find myself with under 24 hours to find a hair cut, cheers for that.
