travelled 3 hours to visit this shop as it?s the filming location of my favourite show. i had no bad intentions, and arrived there at 4:17 when the shop was set to close at 4:30. all i wanted to do was go in and have a look around, possibly buy something to support the shop so i was really disappointed to see it closed early after such a long drive. we knocked on the door and were spoken very rudely to by the manager who confirmed they had closed early and gave us dirty looks when we told her how far we had travelled. she let us in for a moment to have a look around, and instantly assumed we were taking videos and pictures which was not the case. we asked if we were allowed to buy anything since the store was ?closed?, and the manager?s response was ?yes.. it?s a shop?. for someone who runs a charity shop, im not sure i?ve ever been spoken to with so much disrespect in my entire life. safe to say i will not be returning and if you are a fan of ?charity shop sue? like i am, feel free to visit but just expect to leave disappointed and let down. would be really nice if you embraced the iconic legacy behind the store instead of being so rude to customers who only wanted to support your business.

Extremely rude member of staff on the till as well as the so-called manager. Very disrespectful of people's disabilities.

When I wanted to buy something, there weren?t any staff on the floor so I went into the staff room to try and get some service, all the staff were participating in a "Rot Test challenge" with stained clothing and the manager, Sue said "Gloria must be gone" before FINALLY sending one of her volunteers out to serve me.

I brought in a Royal Lady, but the manager (I think her name was Sue) conned me out of my possessions and said it was a "cheap laydeh". Disappointed

Yeah, my mate came into the shop but her boy broke an ?oak table? and then the manager tried to get her 5 year old to do Saturday work! I mean what kind of manager is that? Made a complaint to head office and Janet will be coming down there to sort them all out.

I tried to get a refund on a jacket but I had to wait for the manager for an hour so one of the nice volunteers made me a coffee and let me sit down on a coach and read a book. Anyway, the manager came in and I got my refund, then she charged me £2 for the instant coffee but whatever x

Beware this shop doesn't provide hand sanitizer at front door. I said I thought this was a legal requirement but the lady at door said in a very matter the fact way said no it's not. So they keep donations back for 72 hours to decontaminate and then put them in shop and in effect they can then be contaminated once again. Quite ridiculous.

Very good however the layout of the shop was unusual, x rated books in a fridge and a doll in an oven? Very questionable
