Great service from Maddy (I think her name was), very bubbly and made the experience for me and my son on his birthday. Also made great balloon animals and sang him happy birthday! Thanks Maddy!

Came in for a late meal, had a wonderful time our server Maddie couldn?t do enough for us. Food was delightful will be back. That Henry as well what a cutie.

When to Nottingham Fridays and both me and the wife ordered the mixed grill as over the past two years it?s been great but not anymore. Chips were stone cold the steak was cold and inedible as it was more fat than meat, the corn on the cob was bad and again inedible and the portion sizes were tiny for a £38 meal even the wife ate what was edible and we were still hungry. The microwave in Fridays is the most used appliance in the kitchen. All the food is now cheap frozen rubbish, that?s the end of TGIs for me, can?t see it surviving very long if it carries on like this. One positive the staff were friendly and helpful.

Wonderful food with a bit of a long wait time

Really disappointed with our last visit. We opted for bottomless brunch and it took 15-20 minutes for our order to be taken and then we waited a further 15 minutes for our drinks however they did not turn up. So we went up to the bar and they didn't have our order, we kept getting drinks from the bar as the waiter never came and spoke to us after this incident. The waitress that took over about an hour and a half later was really nice and friendly and kept checking on us. She hadn't been there long but had excellent customer service! Really disappointed as we never have bad service here.
