Beware of coata coffee meal deal scam.
They say that every regular size coffee is in the meal deal but that's not true, if you get a regular pistachio latte it's not included. I DIDNT ADD PISTACHIO SYRUP. It's a option of choice by regular coffee.
The lady told me i have to pay it - even though the information presented is misleading.
In other stores for example Sainsbury's pistachio latte is in the meal deal - because... It's type of regular coffee size.

I was in the checkout queue for the tills, and when it was my turn I was told one of the employees that I need to go to the self checkout queue even though the checkout one was available, then when it came to my turn she let those in the check out queue be served ( even thoug they?re after me) and not myself, so it?s one rule for myself and not for others. Not good service

As with most places there's always one member of staff that let's it down. This Tesco suffers from a rude unfriendly and accusationary team member.
If you don't mind being treated like crap go ahead however I'll be continuing with the friendliness of the Angel Row branch there been too many occasions for it to be a one off

Usually on weekdays afternoon there?s a guy with long blonde hair and he is so nice and efficient, best staff ever seen. But the problem comes, an old lady that works in the morning and weekends is so ridiculous, fights about everything and accuses people of stealing every single day. That is the worst attitude ever seen. She will just literally follow you around staring at you, treating everyone as thieves like dude did everyone just came in to steal a cart of milk? If anyone sees her in the store just avoid getting in, but when the guy with long blonde hair is in, enjoying your time and you?ll love the shop

There is an Indian women working at this store who every time I go in to use the Costa machine she comes from behind the counter to watch me and ask if I got the ticket to pay .I work near this store and have company logo on my shirt ,the final straw today came when she asked me to pay at the till and I said no I prefer to use the machines so I can check prices as I had a few bits shopping and she said I had to pay at the till as I had a drink I said I pay every time at the machine and scan my ticket ,and then she said I have to use the till despite only one other person being in the shop.her name badge began with letter s but couldn't see the rest ,I won't use this store again being made to feel like I'm going to steal drinks ,it is only this women who does this every time she is not in the other staff members do not do this to me.would give 0 stars if I could diabolical customer service
Edit after looking through other reviews I can see a few people moaning about an old lady working in morning it must be the same one and these were posted years ago so doubtful tesco even bother to check these or ask staff

Eastern European lady? Never heard of her m8. But the till man did ask once me if I wanted to learn the art of cooking with turnips. Absolutely splendid it was.

Majoriry of the staff were quite courteous and the product range is useful for those in need of a quick purchase for dinner/lunch.
