Called in here early Saturday evening (6pm) and store was clean and tidy.
Friendly customer service from the colleague on Customer Service Desk and able to pick up everything I was looking for.

Growing increasingly fed up with this store. Every week it?s the same. Does no-one stock up? There is never enough staff around to ask on the aisles. And if you lucky to find one it?s not their area! Lucky if there are two cashiers on and people working on Customer services who don?t know anything and have to go find another member of staff! Whilst I?m not against online shoppers it?s a pain getting around and getting to the shelves and some are so rude! It is my local Tesco but looks like I?ll be going to another supermarket!

This Tesco is generally well stocked more than some of the others nearby. Best to go when it?s not busy.

I bought a patio furniture set at the store last night, and when I got home and opened the carton up, an item was missing. So this morning, I returned to the store to sort out the problem. At the service counter, a kind young lady, Maran, immediately got a grip of things for me; and an equally helpful young man named Adam soon handed to me the missing part. Mission accomplished.
My wife and I shop here regularly - it's better stocked than neighbouring branches of Tesco - and this standard of staff reinforces our choice.
