I?m not sure the names of the staff who were on today at the pharmacy (22/11/24) at 11ish AM. I just need to say a huge thank you to all of you who were on, and went above and beyond to ensure my 9 month old got the medicine she desperately needed. You didn?t have it in due to manufacturing issues but you could see she wasn?t well, that I was stressed, and you rang around to multiple pharmacies and then even gave me directions to the store that had the medicine in stock. Honestly, I can?t thank you enough, you made an already very stressful morning, slightly less so. I hope management recognise how hard working you all are, and definitely deserve some recognition for that.

There are always kids messing about in the main entrance. It?s more like a play ground than a shop. I try and avoid shopping in Bulwell tesco unless I?m really desperate

Dropped into this store for breakfast and expecting the normal bland Tesco cafe, were really surprised at the experience here. Not sure if this is an experiment at providing something different but if so, it works. From the 'community hub' equipped with a video camera exhibition to the quite unusual menu to the bright cafe area everything was different. We settled for a couple of rolls with sausage (normal breakfast food). Lovely soft rolls each with 2 delicious sausages. Tea/coffee set off the meal and delivered to our table within minutes by a very pleasant lady. An excellent service from Tesco

Another pharmacy had not delivered my repeat prescription and as Easter would have had 5 days without a med I really needed. The staff were so helpful checked my records and issued 5 days emergency supply. So grateful.
