Another pharmacy had not delivered my repeat prescription and as Easter would have had 5 days without a med I really needed. The staff were so helpful checked my records and issued 5 days emergency supply. So grateful.

Can't stand in the queue for half an hour after texting you saying your prescription is ready then you wait to have it checked again.
