Visited today and was falsely accused of opening and using a brand new spray. When I clearly showed the employee that I had used a tester, no apology was given at all.

Staff are always polite and helpful. There's a great choice and good prices. Worth getting a superdrug card too for extra discount.

Absolutely ridiculous. One girl at the till who has to help people finding a perfume while others are waiting to pay a simple product. Never come back here again.

My daughter came into this shop on Sunday and was spraying the TESTERS for the body sprays to over hear a blonde tattooed girl slagging her off over her head gear to one of her colleagues for spraying the TESTERS and saying she would knock her out
My daughter is 14 and doesn?t like to hear confrontation let alone when it?s aimed at her by a girl who?s a lot older and should know better
I?m disgusted I think your staff clearly need extra training on how to deal with her emotions and the public

Yamina (I?m really afraid I spelled that wrong but I?m terrible with names) - the beauty and makeup point assistant provided me with absolutely fantastic customer care, going above and beyond.The cashier (whose name I forgot to look) was also wonderful to chat to while she served me. Very quick and efficient but didn?t make me feel rushed, and the big queue went down really quickly. :)
