This was honestly the best customer service experience I?ve had in years! Molly was absolutely amazing so kind and genuinely helpful. I came in with no intention of buying anything, and somehow I happily walked out with 3 perfumes (haha!). She made the whole experience fun and effortless. Paired with Tamara, they were such a fantastic team friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely taken care of. I left not only with beautiful perfumes, but also with the happiest shopping experience. Truly 10/10 I?ll definitely be back! Thank you ladies

Abi merits commendation for her proactive work ethic. Noticing my indecision while choosing from an array of foundations and concealers, she graciously offered a cleansing wipe and guided me to the shade best suited to my skin tone.
While others might dismiss this as a standard job requirement, such attentiveness is something we seldom see in drug stores, and she truly earned my gratitude as I was short on time. I only hope the gift wasn?t overbearing.
(Apologies for the delay in review. Demands of business briefly stole my attention).

The staff there are always horrible especially the ones working on the till. Always giving attitude and arrogance. I thought they must be having a bad day but it?s been repeated almost every time I go there.

The people on the floor were lovely pointed me in the right direction. The 2 women at the tills were terrible only concerned about their gossiping the customer service was bad. Ladies you need to do better.

Slowest serving shop in town. The layout of the tills is not great. And always wait ages to pay. Of it wasn't for this. Is give a good review. But I'm always on there for ages. And trying to force a charity donation before you pay. Not great...
Change the layout!!

I can?t express how grateful I am for Michelle keena at clumber street. My mother was having a diabetic attack and she was there to help, she had giving my mother chocolate and lucozade for her sugar levels to come back up and also let her wait in the store whilst I got there. She also stayed with my mother and made her feel safe and well whilst I was coming. Thank you so much you are such an amazing women may god bless you with everything good in life. X

I have visited the Clumber Street Superdrug outlet multiple times and have had the same awful customer service time and time again.
Members of staff do not take a second to assist you and it?s never polite. It?s rude and dismissive who look annoyed when you approach them to ask one question.
They do not have testers for lip liners which if not provided by the brand, should be the initiative to be taken by Superdrug.
I needed a lip liner and while all of them looked as though they were tested at Victoria Centre. I had to buy one which was the least tested by others because they didn?t have any more stock and I was advised by the manager at the VC Superdrug to exchange at Clumber Street. I walked and within 10 mins reached Clumber Street store to check their stock and they had a decent lip liner and asked multiple members if they would exchange it and everyone said yes. The till staff and the manager Lisa were extremely rude and reluctant to make the exchange despite showing the timing of purchase on the bill. They kept insinuating that it has been opened by me (which is how the Maybelline Lifter liners come). I explained the situation and the fact that another store manager has sent me over who probably knows the policy as them. Lisa and her till staff were extremely rude, making accusation and were not displaying any initiative to solve the problem.
A similar problem of ill-mannered staff at Clumber Store requires an action from the management. Having this experience with multiple members and the accusations from Lisa might be the last straw to visit the Clumber Street Superdrug outlet again.

According to Team Leader Olivia, testers are not allowed to be used on the face?only on the hands. Her reasoning was that it is "not recommended" (a phrase she repeated multiple times) because they don?t know how long the testers have been out. Therefore, I was told to stop testing foundation on my face.
I had applied four shades of foundation to my jawline for comparison and narrowed it down to two options to make a final purchase decision. At this point, Olivia called for her manager, who appeared to side with her staff without first understanding the situation. I explained what had happened, and only then did the manager acknowledge that it is typically acceptable to test on the jawline, which was exactly what I had been doing.
However, the manager was unyielding and didn?t seem interested in resolving the matter, so I decided to take my business elsewhere. Fortunately, Nottingham has two stores in close proximity. At the other store (Victoria Centre), I purchased nine items and received helpful service, unlike the unwelcoming, enforcement-like approach I encountered at the first store.

Horrific experience and store manager?. Stopped here to buy makeup and accidentally used a tester. Manager comes over and said I need to buy it. I said ok (with zero argument because I had used it unknowingly and had come to buy make up anyway) and said I?m going to continue shopping as I needed more things. She was standing behind me the entire time (following me around) as she ?was waiting to hand it to me? basically as if I was a thief and said if I wanted to be ?rude? I could pay and she?d kick me out of the store? I?m about to escalate this to Superdrug management because it was extremely aggressive and horrible. Never returning to Superdrug.

Much of the cosmetics are ?security wrapped for your safety? but the security stickers cannot be peeled off once home and remain on. This cheapens your product purchase appearance. When I buy cosmetics I want them to look nice and new, not cheap and tatty!! Packaging is a major factor why brands succeed or fail. I prefer to buy many items from Amazon now so they are security sticker free! (Superdrug app is crap) Also the security guard presence at the entrance of the store makes me feel like I?m a potential criminal upon entering the store and that it?s a high crime location - unfortunately this is not the experience I?m looking for. No wonder high street is continuing to die, they don?t give customers what they want - a great experience!!

Cashier scanned item three times when I bought two. I pointed this out at the till, she said no problem will sort it. I pay, check my receipt and was charged three times. I go back and have to queue again to get it sorted. Not even a little ?sorry for the inconvenience?. Don?t think she even looked at me. People make mistakes but you can be nicer about it. If I hadn?t checked the receipt I?d just have paid for nothing.
Also there was no one at the beauty counter, that doesn?t impact my review just pointing it out for others that went there for eyebrow threading (that was the reason for my visit).
