Poor service. A woman called Britt is extremely rude has 0 customer service skills, very unfriendly atmosphere created from her amongst others who were polite. Having a job that is constantly facing the public id think she?d have a more approachable attitude and basic customer service etiquette

I went in to subway today on 11 of may at 4 pm and a lady called Britt was very rude said she needed to clean the area so we had to leave even though the shop closes at 6

The food was good and the asian staff serving was very good. There were other two staff inside. Don?t know what they were doing at the back of the shop - one was holding/glancing at her phone often. Felt like they were avoiding to serve customers. The other girls (blonde hair and black hair) were just chatting to her companion only. Left the poor asian lady on her own to deal with long queue of customers? orders and preparing food and taking the money. Eventually, after being 1/2 hr in the shop they came to the front to serve.
Never encounter such service at other subways.

This subway absolutely sucks. The service was horrible and the staff are completely and utterly unprofessional and downright rude. Me and my friend ordered from the subway app and the order was approved. Which anyone with a brain would assume that the store has the stock required and would accept it thusly. However for some reason, the lady at the counter claimed that they didn?t have the stock and turned me and my friend away even after we paid for the food. When we asked for substitutes for the value we paid (as we were given no food) we were told to leave and that there was nothing they could do. When we tried to explain the situation, no help was given and the lady showed a pattern of disrespect and complete ignorance. It seemed like she was going out of her way to be unhelpful and problematic. There was another member of staff who looked visibly terrified of the lady who served us and I honestly felt bad for the guy. He looked like he didn?t want to be there and even said that he wished he could help but was unable to do so given that he was just a team member. I do not have the name of the staff member. All I can say is that she was short and had about 3 teeth left so I might have a few theories as to why she was so cranky. And before the subway account decides to respond. Don?t bother giving me your bleak and empty apologies. I want a solution to this problem and I want it to be dealt with. So unless you?re going to do your job, I kindly suggest you save your empty pointless apologies for the next customer who writes a review regarding the poor customer service at this trashy branch.

Absolutely love queuing for 15 minutes for to be told they don't have what wanted, third time its happened here.
Was also the same the people before and after me.
Wouldn't mind so much if it it wasn't midday on a Saturday

We ordered 4 coffees while we was waiting we asked if they would clean the table after 10 mins they did then it took 30 mins for our coffees never go there again

It is clear from the reviews and my own experience that this store has a staffing problem. I felt particularly uncomfortable and sorry for the staff working during my visit, as the manager (I suspect. Tall, blonde lady) shouted at them about teamwork and told a member of staff to stay away from her till. Not a nice atmosphere for customers and it's not pleasant to see staff being spoken to like that. Think the area manager should come for a visit.

Slowest service I think I've ever had in a subway. Staff rude and unwecoming. Often arguing between themselves behind the counter.

staff is extremely rude, kicked me and my partner out whilst eating, stating ?can you get out my store, the is isn?t kfc or whatever? i replied ?yes no worries we?re just leaving now sorry.? both me and my partner were surprised by the encounter prompting us to stare blankly. she said ?if i catch you looking at me like that again i?ll remove you physically? as she walked away.
i was willing to excuse this behaviour however this has happened a multitude of times, and i?ve also had friends share similar experiences, it appears that the staff is not trained sufficiently and resort to more harmful customer service strategies when concerning customers.
i was not made aware before entering the establishment that, eating food inside, quietly with my partner would warrant such a response.
customer service is terrible here, don?t waste your time.

The white staff is super rude, had to wait in a queue for 30 minutes..they don't pay attention towards the queue.
The staff is untrained they sooo lazy to serve each customer
And I've asked for a Cucumber in sub , was told you already got 2 salads.
Since when does subway has a policy , its no even written you can only have 2 salads.
What did she meant by saying only choose 2 sauces..we pay for what we want..charge extra simple ..or is it because they have to refill the bottles of sauces and chop more salad.

Absolutely disgraceful I had my order confused up even though I was clear as crystal and then called a liar by the staff who made it and then to receive my actual order rushed and half arsed

i went this morning, the staff are genuinely so horrible. i had said i was going to leave a bad review due to the food being cold and the lady proceeded to tell me to not come back and that i dont know her name so i cannot complain?

Went for breakfast. Bread was dry. Waited 20 minutes for my coffee.... asked for a white coffee with cold milk. Got a milky cold coffee that was mainly coffee grounds and virtually laughed at when I complained. Would definitely not recommend.
